Design and preparation of high-performance polymer mortars based on performance prediction model

Abstract This article had presented a systematic and adjustable method to forecast the performance of certain type polymer mortars, most all, using prediction model accurately control dosages water reducing agent (D WR ), cellulose ( D C polypropylene fiber F expansion EA redispersible emulsion powder REP cement content according changes properties mortars. The given full verification supported by series orthogonal experiment results demonstrate effectiveness feedback loop between raw materials which revealed big practical value convenience for rapid construction in job sites, especially researchers engineers field. Its effort avoid, or at least damage powders compressive strength mix proportion high-performance mortars (HPMs) was determined as follows, considering working mechanical properties: 0.85 g, 1.05 1.15 42%, 10 20 g. Successfully created HPMs with pumping resistance just 61.6N, 68.5MPa 28d.
